so pretty much hi to my loyal fan Chelsea haha.... hope all is well with you, maybe i should read your blog now that i'm here for my twice a year blogging lol!

GMA is driving me to the airport, the alarm is set for 3 am! i couldn't ask for a better family really, i don't think a simple "thank you" will cut it for this one.....

if you have facebook or have come near me in the last few weeks then i'm sure you already know.... i am officially going to Mexico (FINALLY!) in 2 sleeps!!! not that i'm excited or anything or been hearing stories of this place for years and year.... *ahem*

i hope you are all doing very well, sorry there has been no posting's or updates. dunno what was even said the last time i did one of these things! my dad is now more adept at blogging than me lol.

anywayz, enjoy life! or at least try to as much as possible... if i don't come home, don't be alarmed, i've fallen with love either Mexico or a Mexican, take your pick!

nothing much goin on

So I was told I need to blog more... the problem is, I have nothing much to say. I pulled a muscle in my neck back in June so I haven't been up to anything worth mentioning. Not working makes life pretty boring! I'm rapidly running out of books and places to go for walks... I spend most of my time at friend's houses but am now at home for a bit while my aunt is away.
Not much too exciting going on, sorry! Summer as usual I suppose...

growing up

The more I go through life the more I realize that it is what you make it, if you are hurting and in pain you have the choice to hear that voice of "get up off the bathroom floor" or remain there to make a puddle of your own tears. See what happens with either choice, feel them both out... which one do ya like more? Which one seems more appealing? Choices, I guess you have more as you get older or maybe you just realize there are more... not sure which.

As I grow up I also see the things I desire in my life and that which I do not desire. My latest goal is to move out to live in Sooke after living in Duncan for forever - I will be living with Margie, her two kids and Derek. I am currently applying for jobs in the Victoria area... hoping to get one closer to home (if possible) and stay with VIHA. I will keep you all in the know as soon as I know. For those of you I haven't told of my plans in person and this is the first you're hearing of them, I apologize. We will visit soon I am sure. So "living on my own" has always been one of my goals and now it is starting to come together. I appreciate all those who have put a roof over my head all through my 24 years and am now venturing out with friends... pretty exciting!

great friends

So the way I see it is my friends are a lot of what make my life what it is. I once saw a fridge magnet that said "Friends are the family you choose" and I truly believe this to be true. I am an aunty to few that are not blood and they are just as much family as my future neices and nephews will be.
This is my very bestest sister friend Julie (with me in the pic), we met a few years back in school when we were taking our RCA/HS course at Malaspina in Duncan. We were both managers at fast food places and bonded pretty quickly, there's not much we haven't been through and I know she will be there all through my life and all that happens in it - I will return the favour gladly. I can be my whole and complete self around her and no amount of words or appreciation can explain what she means to me, she knows I love her and I hope the rest of my friends know how much I love them!

My new blog will hopefully not be as boring as my last (for those of you who read it as well, poor souls) but I can't promise amazingness. Karlee I'm sure you are already reading so shoutouts to you! This is also to keep in contact with my Pa, Maura and sister dog Sky when they go on their travels as Dad has started one as well and has a hate on for FB. So here goes nothin'!!
